Founding spirit

Ehime Bank dates back to the establishment of the Toyo Mutual Loan and Savings Company in 1915. Ever since then, we have retained a strong commitment to the spirit of service to others and mutual aid. “We believe that putting customers first and treating our employees well will result in prosperity.” This is the founding spirit that is still at the heart of all our activities.

Who are we?

Based in Ehime prefecture, Ehime Bank has a network of more than 100 locations mostly in its home prefecture and assets of about \2,800 billion. Shares are traded on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Group companies are engaged in leasing and other activities associated with the core banking business. There is also an equity-method subsidiary that makes venture capital and other investments.

The Ehime Bank Group is dedicated to serving as a bank with deep roots in its home region in order to help energize this region and play a part in supporting the economy of Japan.
